At the core of our mega project is an advanced initiative in sustainable energy — Waste Heat Recovery (WHR) integrated with an Organic Rankine Cycle (ORC) system. This project reflects our expertise in both electrical and mechanical engineering and demonstrates our commitment to improving industrial energy efficiency.

Waste Heat Recovery is a process that captures heat that would otherwise be lost during industrial operations and repurposes it for productive use. In this project, high-temperature exhaust gases generated during production are diverted from being released into the environment and instead directed into a recovery system engineered for maximum efficiency. This recovered heat becomes the driving force behind a carefully designed ORC system.

The Organic Rankine Cycle uses an organic working fluid with a boiling point lower than water. When this fluid absorbs the recovered heat, it vaporizes and expands, powering a turbine connected to an electrical generator. This process converts thermal energy into mechanical energy and, ultimately, into clean electrical power — significantly increasing the plant’s overall energy output.

Our scope includes the complete design, installation, and integration of all WHR–ORC components. This covers detailed electrical wiring, control system programming, and mechanical integration of the turbine and generator. Every stage — from optimizing fluid circulation to improving heat exchange efficiency — is executed with precision to ensure reliable performance and long-term operational value.
